PureDigi Business B.V. ("PureDigi", "we" or "us") is committed to the protection of your personal data. In this privacy statement we explain which personal data we process when you visit our website, create an account or use our website platform and our services, and how we handle it. We process personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

2. Two roles: controller and processor
We are responsible for the data of visitors to our website and of our platform users. We are the processor for the personal data that you as a customer collect via your own website and process on our platform (for example data from your customers). A processing agreement applies to this processing; you remain responsible for this yourself.
3. What data do we process?
- Contact and account details: name, company name, email address, telephone number and login details.
- Billing details: Billing address, VAT number and payment status. Payments are made via our payment service provider; we do not receive or store complete credit card or bank account information.
- Usage data: data about your use of the platform, such as websites created, settings and activity.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, device information and pages visited, via cookies and analysis software.
- Communications: the content of messages you send us.
4. Purposes and bases
- Providing our platform and services and executing the agreement (execution agreement).
- Managing your account and providing support (agreement execution).
- Processing payments and invoicing (execution of agreement and legal obligation).
- Answering questions and contact requests (legitimate interest).
- Improving and securing our platform and measuring website use (legitimate interest and, for non-necessary cookies, consent).
- Complying with legal obligations, such as the tax retention obligation (legal obligation).
5. Cookies and analytics
Our website uses necessary cookies to make the website and platform work (such as logging in and remembering your cookie preferences), and analytical cookies via Google Analytics to understand how our website is used. We only place non-necessary cookies with your permission. See our cookie policy for more information.
6. Sharing with third parties (sub-processors)
We only share your data with parties that help us with our services, and only to the extent necessary. We conclude processing agreements with these parties. We use, among other things:
- Supabase – database, authentication and storage;
- Vercel – hosting and delivery of the website;
- Stripe – payment processing;
- Resend – sending emails;
- Google Analytics – analysis of website usage.
We never sell your data. Some parties may process data outside the EEA; in that case we provide appropriate guarantees, such as the Standard Contractual Clauses of the European Commission.
7. Retention periods
We do not store your data longer than necessary. We store account and usage data for the duration of the agreement. We store invoicing and tax data for seven years in accordance with the legal retention obligation.
8. Security
We take appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data against loss, misuse and unauthorized access, including encryption, access control and secure hosting.
9. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to inspect, correct, delete, limit, portability, object and withdraw previously given consent. Send an email to Algemeen@puredigibusiness.nl to take advantage of this. We will respond within four weeks.
