PureDigi Business B.V. provides digital services: an online website platform and associated construction and consultancy services. Below you can read about the trial period, the right of withdrawal for consumers, cancellation and refund.
Free trial
Certain subscriptions have a free trial period. You pay nothing during this period. If you cancel before the end of the trial period, you will not be charged.
Right of withdrawal for consumers
If you are a consumer, you have the right to terminate the agreement within 14 days after conclusion without giving reasons. You must report this within that period by email to redactie@puredigibusiness.nl or via the model withdrawal form.
Direct execution and exceptions
If you ask us to start the service immediately (within the cooling-off period), you consent to immediate execution. If the service has been fully performed at your request within the cooling-off period, your right of withdrawal will lapse. In case of partial delivery, you pay a proportionate share for what has already been delivered.
- The right of withdrawal does not apply to custom work that has been made or adapted specifically for you.
- The right of withdrawal does not apply to services that have been fully performed within the cooling-off period with your express permission.
- There is no statutory right of withdrawal for business customers; The agreements regarding cancellation in the general terms and conditions apply to them.
Cancellation of a subscription
You can cancel a current subscription via your account or by email, with one month's notice towards the end of the current period. After cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of the already paid period.
Refund
If you are entitled to a refund, we will refund the amount due within 14 days via the same payment method, unless otherwise agreed.
